Competition & Livery in West Surrey

Sands Farm Equitation Centre is a well-established competition and livery centre set in the rolling farmland south of Farnham. The centre hosts regular showjumping and dressage competitions, both affiliated and unaffiliated, and runs clinics with visiting trainers throughout the year. Its arenas and facilities attract competitors from across Surrey and Hampshire.

The centre offers livery services and provides coaching for riders working towards competition goals, from local unaffiliated shows through to affiliated dressage and showjumping events. The instructors tailor each session to the rider’s objectives, whether that means preparing for a specific competition or refining technique across disciplines.

The Setting & Surroundings

The farm benefits from direct access to quiet lanes and bridleways that weave through the hop fields and hedgerows of the Farnham greensand ridge. Hacking routes connect to Farnham Park and the Alice Holt woodland, giving riders variety beyond the competition arenas. The yard has well-maintained arenas with all-weather surfaces, a tack room and car parking. Farnham town centre, with its independent shops and cafes, is a short drive away.
