From Farm Park to Farm Shop

Bocketts Farm is best known as one of Surrey’s most popular family attractions, with animals, play areas and seasonal events drawing visitors throughout the year. The farm shop, however, stands on its own merits and is open to anyone – you don’t need to pay the farm park admission to browse the shelves. It sells meat from animals reared on the farm’s own land, including pork, lamb and beef, as well as eggs from the free-range hens that roam the fields. Locally produced cheeses, chutneys, honey and baked goods round out the offering.

Quality & Provenance

The appeal of Bocketts’ shop lies in the transparency of its supply chain. Customers can see the fields where the animals are reared and speak to the farmers who look after them – a level of traceability that is impossible in a supermarket. The shop also stocks seasonal fruit and vegetables from nearby growers, and the range expands noticeably in summer and autumn. Located just off the A24 between Leatherhead and Dorking, it is easy to reach and makes a practical stop for anyone heading to or from the Surrey Hills.
