The Loseley Estate

Loseley Park is a Grade I listed Elizabethan manor house set in 1,400 acres of parkland south of Guildford, and the estate’s farming operation has been producing food for over four centuries. The farm shop draws on this heritage, selling estate-reared meat, seasonal vegetables and the dairy products for which Loseley is nationally known. Loseley ice cream, made with milk from the estate’s own Jersey herd, was a fixture in supermarket freezers for years, and although the brand has changed hands, the connection between the estate, its cows and its dairy output remains central to the farm shop’s identity.

Estate Shopping

Beyond dairy, the shop stocks free-range eggs, home-baked cakes, local honey and a selection of wines and spirits from Surrey producers – including bottles from nearby vineyards on the North Downs. The setting is attractive, with views across the estate’s walled garden and parkland, and many visitors combine a shopping trip with a walk around the grounds. Loseley also hosts seasonal events including a popular summer food festival and Christmas market, making it a year-round destination for food lovers in the Guildford area.
