Elizabethan Grandeur

Loseley Park is a magnificent Elizabethan mansion built in 1562 from stone reclaimed from Waverley Abbey. The house has been the home of the More-Molyneux family for over 400 years and retains an authentic lived-in warmth that sets it apart from more commercial venues. The Great Hall, with its carved chalk fireplace and panelling from Henry VIII’s Nonsuch Palace, provides a truly spectacular ceremony space.

The estate extends to 1,400 acres of rolling Surrey parkland, offering outstanding photography opportunities. The famous Loseley Walled Garden, with its rose garden, herb garden and moat walk, is a particular highlight for couples and guests alike.

Your Celebration at Loseley

Weddings at Loseley Park are hosted in the Tithe Barn, a beautifully restored 17th-century barn that seats up to 140 guests for a wedding breakfast. The barn’s exposed timber frame and brick floors create a warm, intimate atmosphere. In summer, the adjoining courtyard garden provides a perfect setting for drinks receptions and al fresco dining.

The Loseley team offers a flexible approach, allowing couples to choose their own caterers and suppliers. Civil ceremonies can be held in the Great Hall or the Tithe Barn, and the surrounding parkland is available for marquee receptions for larger celebrations.
